Jell O

I'm sorry but "Jell-O" brand pudding is not what it was when I was a kid. I'm not sure who owns this company but I bought their chocolate pudding to make a chocolate "cream" pie and it tasted like absolute crap!

Do not buy Jell-O brand pudding if your life depends on it!

My daughter-in-law had made a chocolate pudding pie with a Meyer brand pudding and it was awesome. Not sure what happened to "Jell-O"

Couldn't read the direction and had to guess at everything. Plus the quality of the product was subpar

Well look at the box. Obviously can barely read it.

This was a Walmart delivery or I would have put back on the shelf. I think Jello needs to spend a few extra bucks on a new printer

I found an 8 to 10 inch string in the Jell-O, which appeared to have partially entered my mouth. I have photos of the string. It was quite disgusting.

Customer service listened to my issue. Gave her info from packaging so they are aware of problem with this lot. Took my info down and is sending me credit vouchers for my discarded Jell-o

I like the quick response. I don't usually buy Jell-O pudding without sugar, but it was a mistake.

So if it's supposed to look gross with little lumps in it, I won't buy it again, but if not, I want to be reimbursed. A free Jell-O instant pudding coupon will do just fine.

I eat a box of Jell-o chocolate cook n serve pudding (family size) at least once a week. Been doing that a long time.

Just lately I noticed you changed your packaging. Thats fine but I noticed it almost has a sugar-free taste or something is different. Cant quite explain it but very disappointed.

I'm wondering if the recipe instructions on the jello box are wrong. When you make the Lemon Meringue pie with the Lemon Cook and Serve Jello, it calls for 3/4 cup of sugar, which is not quite sweet and tangy enough.

Therefore, you have to add at least 1/4 cup more sugar to make it taste better. I was wondering if the instructions are printed wrong on your box.

This happened this year for Thanksgiving 2024, and last year, 2023, when I attempted to make a Lemon Meringue pie. Thank you.

Not happy that cooked pudding seems to be phasing out. I do not like the consistency of instant pudding.
